It is fully compatible with the Ultra Light Feather Light. The Feather light comes in two different versions. We will need to know which version your original was in order to make the correct battery setup for your needs. Most importantly our battery packs come with a large battery pack rated for 2600MAH!!!! This battery pack's charge will last a VERY VERY LONG TIME. The battery has a dimming knob. Comes with a charger, user replaceable battery pack, and a 1Year Warranty We assemble these in house and test each one before shipping. The body of our cases are made from tough aluminum. They measure about 4x3x1" and weigh 11oz. Our Warranty does not cover abuse of any kind. Since we do assemble these lights in-house per order, lead times can range from 5-10days handling time.
